Paper value is a starting point, not a verdict. The model knows the pedigree, the dam's record and the sale. It can't see the physical, the vet report or who's in the seats, and those move prices too.

We show the range and the reasons with every number so you can weigh them against what you see at the barn. When a pedigree is strong enough that buyers routinely pay far past the model, we mark it “Top tier” and treat the number as a floor.
